During the periods of 23.-25.06. / 30.12.-01.01. the price is 150 EUR/night/cottage. During the periods of 23.-26.12. the price is 100 EUR/night/cottage.
- Accommodation for up to 5 persons
- Blankets, pillows, bed linen and towels
- Check-in from 15:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us in advance.
- Check-out at 12:00 at the latest. Also later, if possible and agreed in advance.
- All guests must fill out the registration card (name, citizenship, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail, signature). Names of all guests occupying the Holiday House must be registered as well.
- Dogs are welcome (other pets upon request), please make sure that accommodation wish with pets is mentioned in your booking request.
- Final confirmation of the reservation after advance payment of 30%.
- If the reservation is cancelled at least 2 months before the start of the accommodation, we
will refund 100% of the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled 1-2 months before the start of
the accommodation, we will refund 50% of the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled less
than 1 month before the start of the accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. If we
manage to find a new guest for the period you have booked, we will refund 100% of the
- Upon check-out, the Holiday House should be returned in the same condition as handed
over upon check-in. Please wash all the used dishes, collect rubbish and bottles, and sweep
the floors. Cleaning service starting 50 euros.
- Smoking is not allowed in the Holiday House building or in the rooms. Smoking is allowed
outdoors in a designated area. Please be advised that penalty for smoking in Holiday House is 200€.
- There are other people living in the village, therefore we request to follow the terms of night
peace from 23:00 to 07:00
- Misbehavior as a result of alcohol or drugs abuse is prohibited and can result in immediate ejection from Holiday House premises.
- Please be advised that breaking or damaging Holiday House inventory will be charged from quest.
- We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services if house rules are not being followed. In this case, the Holiday House has no obligation to refund for accommodation or other services.
